it's definitely not the nice way how he wont the K-1 Grand Prix for 2008 , but it is proven that he is still ne of the best fighters for K-1 (also former K-1 champion ) the winning of last K-1 will always remain controversial for Remy Bonjanksy.
Anyone wh has seen his previous fight will see that Remy has indeed such an exceptionally strong skull that he even didn't fall by Mirko Crocop"s famous Koing high kicks, and to say that he has had the same affair with Bob Sapp, remaining on the ground of the fighers one -not that heavy- kick ,it will always remain a mystery what happenned on that fight of his against the moroccan fighter Badr Hari. Hari has later stated in his interviews that he had become angry and was sure that Remy is acting because he heard that Remy's corner has shouted him to stay down. The champion stated double vision due to Hari's kick in his face, it's a symptom which can only hardly be seen by any doctors especially in a ring. Later on he has reacted that it's bad for him to win the K-1 this way, and finally could prove his fighting skills against Overeem this year with a win, the question is if he will ever defeat Hari again.
